J.Charpentier Prestige brut Champagne : nice caracter and vinosity, 60% pinot noir, 20% pinot meunier and 20% chardonnay
First alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated systems followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is assembled and kept in vats at a controlled temperature and in barriques and in oak barrels.
Blending of two to three different harvests and then conservation for 28 to 32 months in the cellar.
Golden straw and pale yellow, with a bright aspect and thin and intense bubbles. Intense notes of ripe fruits and passion fruits. Toasted, empyreumatic notes of meringue and touches of ripe fruits mixed with floral aromas.
Perfect with white meat meals, with a Scandinavian fish plate or with deli meat and scallops with truffles.
